We Work With Most Major Dental Plans
We are currently participating with most dental plans under these insurance companies: Guardian, Assurant, Cigna Dental, Aetna PPO, MetLife PDP Plus, and Ameritas Dental.
If you have a non-participating insurance plan, we will gladly submit the claim for you. Patients should be aware that any deductibles, non-covered services, or patient portions will be the patient's responsibility.
Important: It is always best to check with your insurance company directly regarding participating providers and dental plan coverage. You can do this by calling the telephone number on the back of your insurance card or visiting their website.

We accept cash, check, debit card, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Financing Available: We also accept Scratchpay and Care Credit financing options. Contact us to find out if you are eligible or to apply.
